ZHANG Qi graduated from Hangzhou University School of Law (now Guanghua Law School, Zhejiang University) and was a visiting scholar at the University of Houston in the United States. She currently serves as a Managing Partner and Director of Securities & Capital Markets at L&H Law Firm .
ZHANG Qi has extensive experience advising on securities and capital markets matters, with a particular focus on securities offerings and listings, M&A and restructurings of listed companies, and corporate acquisitions.
