The Digital and Network Information Legal Services Department at Liuhe is divided into four distinct practice areas: Data Security and Compliance, Platform Economy Compliance, E-commerce, and Entertainment, Media, and News. · Drafting and risk assessment: Participated in drafting "Technology Achievements Open Transaction Standards" and provided risk assessments for Zhejiang's Public Data Authorised Operation Measures.

· Data compliance frameworks: Provided data compliance due diligence and legal structures for large corporations like Greenland Service Group Ltd..

· Public data management and authorisation: Engaged in training and evaluation for public data operations and authorised units, including conducting pre-authorisation compliance training for companies and government entities.

· Compliance reviews: Conducted Zhejiang's first online lending compliance review for the Zhejiang Provincial Financial Office and managed risk mitigation for online lending in several administrative regions.
