On 15 August 2025, Ningbo Yokogawa Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (“Yokogawa Precision”, stock code: 300539) successfully completed its private placement of A-share stocks, issuing 45,300,462 shares and raising a total of RMB 587,999,996.76.
