The Bankruptcy Management Group consists of 53 professionals, including directors, partners, and dedicated lawyers, distributed across 10 teams. The team has successfully managed numerous large-scale bankruptcy liquidation, reorganisation, and settlement cases, many of which have been recognised as model cases by the courts, earning accolades for outstanding performance.
Appointed as Court-Designated Administrators: Acting as bankruptcy administrators as appointed by the court.
Legal Advisory to Bankrupt Companies: Offering legal advice in filing bankruptcy petitions, and developing reorganisation or settlement plans to protect the debtor's rights.
Asset Liquidation and Distribution: Providing guidance on the liquidation, evaluation, and distribution of assets while developing restructuring plans.
Creditors’ Representation: Offering legal consultation to creditors involved in bankruptcy proceedings.
Strategic Investor Advisory: Assisting strategic investors with legal advice during the acquisition or restructuring of bankrupt companies.

Liuhe Law Firm was included in the first batch of bankruptcy administrators designated by the Zhejiang High Court in 2007, achieving the status of provincial-level (Class One) administrator. The firm is also a Vice-President unit of both the All China Lawyers Association and the Zhejiang Lawyers Association, reflecting its leadership and expertise in this field.
