Our team consists of senior lawyers with deep expertise in constitutional, administrative, and civil law, supported by a dynamic group of younger professionals. We deliver "one-stop" legal services, particularly excelling in the intersection of administrative and civil law, which enables us to meet the complex legal needs of government clients.

In response to ongoing governance reforms and the need for modernising governance capabilities, Liuhe established the Legality Review and Evaluation Research Center in May 2021. This center provides a full spectrum of legal services, ranging from legality reviews to drafting assessments for party and government agencies at all levels, ensuring compliance with upper-level laws and regulations.
